The Strength and Flexibility class, taught by our internationally ranked Gymnastics/Dance coach is
suited for all fitness levels and ages. It is designed to dramatically improve your core/general strength
levels and overall flexibility. It is the perfect supplemental training for martial artists, cheerleaders,
dancers, gymnasts and other athletes. This is the only class of its kind in Cochise County.

Our Basic Tumbling class was designed as a training vehicle for Extreme Martial Arts athletes but
is also suited for anyone who wants to learn basic gymnastics tumbling and acrobatics.
